Biodiesel now available in Santa Cruz

Owners of diesel vehicles who find themselves in Santa Cruz can now fill up with alternative fuel. A USA gas station that sells B99 biodiesel is now open for business, selling the  fuel at $3.15 per gallon. This is lower than the average $3.26 for regular fuel which is close to the state average ($3.27). USA Grown Fuel plans to expand its biodiesel offerings in the coming months in such cities as Monterey, Salinas, San Jose, and Watsonville.
