NASCAR: After an eventful season-opener in Daytona, the circus moves to the left coast this weekend, for the Auto Club 500 at California Speedway. Without the restrictor plates this weekend, it's a whole new ballgame. Daytona winner Jimmie Johnson, a previous winner in California, will be without crew chief Chad Knaus this weekend, as he rides out a 3-race suspension handed down by NASCAR for fielding an illegal car for Daytona qualifying.
