Porsche planning 914 successor?

Porsche's partnership with Volkswagen may offer up more fun than we originally thought. The German sports car builder may be planning a stripped down roadster based on the Boxster and powered by a Volkswagen engine -- possibly the 2.0L turbo that can be found inside the new Volkswagen GTI, tuned to put out more horsepower. Such a vehicle could attract potential MX-5, Solstice/Sky and low-end Audi buyers.
