The automobile market is splintering. Sure, lots of people like the Toyota Camry, just like lots of people liked the Ford Taurus, but it's no secret that the market is becoming increasingly fragmented as consumers don't just want a car or truck, they want an expression of themselves. Just look at the number of vehicle models that were available 30 years ago as opposed to today. Mass customization is the wave of the future.
