The 2005 STS is Cadillac's best shot at getting respect in Europe. In this article from AutoExpress, Americans are still described as chrome-lovers. I can't remember the last American car that really poured on the chrome; 1980's maybe? Complaints from the UK include a "cluttered tail", "a lack of chassis feedback in sweeping corners, plus a tendency to fidget over uneven surfaces in sports mode." Cadillac really needs to spend more time finessing the interior to get the respect the powertrain deserves.
