Mercedes ups the credit card ante

The new Mercedes Benz Visa card comes out punching against the recently announced Lexus credit card. Mercedes replaces their first credit card issued in 1997 with a new Visa that change how and where points can be accrued and used. Now cardholders can earn points for parts and service work at dealerships. Points now can be used to make monthly payments on your Benz and if you're lucky enough to have the Signature card, the full purchase price of a vehicle will earn points if you put it on the plastic.
