Pennsylvania gives hybrid buyers rebate

For those who live in the Keystone State, you've got a friend in the new Hybrid Electric and Alternative Fuel Vehicle Rebate program. Under the new program Pennsylvania residents can receive $500 to help with costs of alternative vehicles. To qualify, the vehicle must be registered in Pennsylvania and operated mostly within the state. Five hundred bucks isn't a lot, but it is a little help.
