Bentley Drophead Coupé gets official green light

Bentley released to the press today the official production "OK" for the convertible (called a coupé here, we know there's history behind it, but confusing nonetheless) that was displayed as a concept at the LA Auto Show. The convertible will be the "flagship" of Bentley's cars, which in other words means "most expensive". The Drophead Coupé will be powered by the twin-turbocharged V8 with 450 horsepower and a stump-pulling 645 lb-ft of torque. The top is a three-layer canvas roof that can be stowed away in under 30 seconds.
