Guy with "TIPSY" license plates get DUI

What started out as a joke, ended up the truth. A Minnesota man said that he purchased the "TIPSY" license plate to describe the way his Jeep drove then kept it as a joke when he bought a Silverado. The plate may have tipped-off the cops that pulled him over after he left a bar. Mr. Tipsy had a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit. Cheers!
