BMW announces two new model lines

Geneva got an extra dose of buzz when BMW announced, officially, a new line pf people haulers and a line of small coupes and convertibles. The "space-functional  concepts" look awful in these renderings. They'll carry a "V" designation and won't go by the X6 as was rumored earlier. But they will be built in the Spartanburg, S.C. plant. The other news also confirms wild rumors. The return of a small coupe and convertible, in the vein of the new European 1 Series, has been eagerly awaited by enthusiasts. Hopefully, we'll see some better images of this new coupe. And even more hope churns that these will come to the U.S.
