Websites aim at taking down aggressive drivers

USA Today reports on two websites that actively track aggressive drivers. Drivers can report an aggressive driver in Arizona and Washington state via the Internet and give details on the vehicle, where it was, when and even the license plate number. It's possible that the offending driver may even get a visit from the highway patrol or a letter in the mail but mostly the new systems will highlight "hotspots" of aggressive driving so these road ragers can be caught in the act.
