Car & Driver Top Ten like Radiohead song, No Surprises

There's very little to be shocked at in the C&D Top Ten. Best Performance Car goes to the C6 Corvette, Best Family Sedan to the Chrysler 300C yadda yadda. There was also a Best Muscle Car going to the Mustang GT. Do they have a Best Muscle Car every year or was this just to get Mustang folks to buy the mag? Only slight surprise was Best Luxury Sports Car going to the Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 but with no Porsche 911 in the mix it didn't have much competition. Actually when you look at the nominees there isn't another Luxury Sports car on there. Hmmm…
