The black box debate continues

A manslaughter case in Louisville, KY might use the information gathered from a vehicles "black box" in prosecuting Lloyd Robinson who was involved in the death of Kentucky Fish & Wildlife Resources Officer Doug Bryant. The black box was in Bryant's Ford truck.  A Ford spokesman said all Fords since 2002 have data recorders in them, but only a few have record the touchy statistics civili liberties fighters are against.
