Overview

The Audi S5 is the performance-oriented version of the A5. It provides more muscular styling, more power and additional standard equipment. The S5 is powered by a 354-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine. A six-speed automatic transmission including manual gear selection and steering wheel paddle shifters, sends power to Audi's legendary quattro all-wheel drive system. S5-specific features such as a sport-tuned suspension, unique 18-inch aluminum wheels, aluminum-look exterior mirrors, front sport seats and brushed aluminum interior trim elements. Available features include Audi Virtual Cockpit, MMI navigation plus, Bang & Olufsen premium sound and a heads-up display. Standard safety features include eight airbags, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, electronic stability and traction control systems, tire pressure monitor, land departure warning and forward collision mitigation. Adaptive cruise control with active braking, active lane assist, and high beam assist are also available. The Audi S5 has been redesigned for 2018.
