This recent clip from an episode of Jay Leno's Garage takes a look at how valuable a classic car restored to factory specifications can be. To do so, Leno invited former race car driver Caitlyn Jenner and her daughter Kendall Jenner to bring out their 1956 Corvette. Well, we say "their" Corvette, but Caitlyn says that Kendall won't let her drive it.
To demonstrate the worth of a '50s Vette, Leno has a new Corvette Grand Sport, a truly incredible sports car in our humble, or not-so-humble, opinions. This one, equipped with the 8-speed automatic, rings in at around $66,000. On the flip side, Kendall's '56 goes for over $80,000, in part thanks to the meticulous restoration.
