There's a village in New York where you are unlikely to find any female drivers on the roads, at least not ones that live there. While there are obviously no legal boundaries, the predominantly Hasidic Jewish community of Kiryas Joel, NY, shuns women for getting behind the wheel out of a belief that it harms their modesty.
