Did you miss the chance to catch Senna in theaters? Did you also miss it when Netflix accidentally allowed you to watch it via their online service? Stop punching yourself in the face because Senna is heading to theaters around the country for a limited time. This means you have no excuse to miss the flick this time around. Get your butts to a theater in one of the following cities on the following dates:
  • August 12th: New York and Los Angeles
  • August 19th: Chicago, Philadelphia, Cambridge, San Francisco, Berkley, D.C., Detroit, San Diego, Miami, Nashville, Dallas
  • August 26th: Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver
  • August 29th: Seattle
  • September 2nd: Indianapolis, St. Louis
If you're a Formula One fan who happens to live in NYC, you have another event worth adding to your calendar. City Winery is hosting a live viewing party of the British Grand Prix. During the event, organizers will share an exclusive peek at Senna. If you're interested, be sure to head to the City Winery web site and make reservations.

I saw it on Fathers Day at BAM in Brooklyn. It is very good. It has english subtitles, but a lot of it is in english. If you can see it in a theater I would highly recommend it, it is much better than watching on your monitor, or TV.

No idea why they have dragged their feet releasing this doc. If you really want to see the thing it is not hard to find.

I would assume it would play at the downtown Ritz, where they do most of the small budget stuff...

amazing that it is not coming to Canada which has tons of F1 fans yet it is showing in St Louis, Nashville, Minneapolis and Atlanta where it can be counted on one hand how many people follow F1 or know who Senna is

The movie is available on DVD, it's not the same as seing it on the big screen but you'll still have your heart pounding! I wear a SENNA logo patch on my Pace Car jacket as a tribute to AYRTON.
