2010 Ford Mustang GT – Click above for high-res image gallery

Ford has some good news if you've been eying its products and happen to drive a vehicle from another manufacturer. The company's "Swap Your Ride" campaign is back in full swing, and will run wide open until the end of next month. All you have to do to qualify for zero-percent financing and a $1,000 trade-in bonus is simply hand over the keys to your old set of wheels.

As you might expect, the offer doesn't apply to the Blue Oval's really fun or efficient toys. You can forget picking up any of the company's hybrids, a Shelby GT500 or an F-150 SVT Raptor under the campaign. The fine print doesn't say anything about the 2010 Mustang, though, so you could be doing doughnuts in an all-American muscle car before you know it.

Expect to see a new slew of ads featuring Mike Rowe on your television promoting the incentives soon.

by all means hang around and hope they apply the same subveened rates and rebates to the 2011' Mustangs...and WHY is Ford so adament on NOT having any incentives on high demand low volume specialty vehicles like the GT500 and Raptor....I mean do the REALLY expect people will buy them without...oh wait......

Getting a deal on a 2010 Mustang GT (or even the V6) is a case of penny wise and pound foolish.
Looks like Ford took info on the 2011 Mustang off their website. Need to move those '10's.

Ford's buying market share north of the border too, albeit on different models.

Hey Brad, how about some facts?

        http://www.miamiherald.com/2009/07/27/1159574/domestic-parts-content-where-the.html

Who came in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd? Oh yeah, the domestics! (you're probably not going to read the article anyway, but note that Ford will be up to 66% now that they sold Volvo).

        Do you own stocks?
Because the competition is really the only reason why Ford (or any other auto-makers really) have stepped up their game recently.

LET FORD MANUFACTURE THEIR VEHICLES IN THE USA, AND I MIGHT BUY ANOTHER ONE. THEY ARE COMING FROM BRAZIL, CANADA AND WHO KNOW'S WHERE ELSE. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, CHECK IT OUT. ALL OF YOU UAW WORKERS, YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE LISTENED TO THE UAW. THAT IS WHO TOOK CARE OF YOUR JOBS. NOW, YOU DON'T HAVE A JOB....

i would like to see the depreciation of the 4.6s once the 5.0 is released to the dealerships. i'm sure it's tanked already, i bet it's a great time to buy a GT vert, more grunt than the v6 (or the new 3.7), with open air...
The 4.6 would have to drop pretty close to the '11 V6 before I'd bite.

The new body is terrific, and the V8 does the job. I'm not ready to drop $30k on another Mustang. Fool me once...
The depreciation has already hit, I believe. I just bought a pristine '06GT vert with

What good is $ 1k and 0% on an obsolete car like the 2010 Mustang?
Demand for a good in short supply increases price.

        News at 11.
The only thing the 2011 Mustang has on the 2010 is 3 tenths running from 0-60 and 5 tenths in the quarter mile. Everything else is the same. And good luck finding a new 5.0 for anything under 2-3K over MSRP, the dealers are going to have a field day with overpricing.

typical clueless comment from someone not familiar with the inner workings of retail sales...have you sent an e-mail to the saudis about oil prices...

Not available for the Taurus SE, but yes on the SHO? Yup, that's a SHO sitting behind Mike. With an Edge Sport.

Lame no Raptor or GT500 incentives.
Gotta keep those dealer markups intact I suppose.
