Stig and the boys immortalized in bricks as Top Gear makes it to Legoland
The Top Gear crew rendered in LEGO - High-res version available at flickr
Another Saturday, another LEGO car story. This time, the little Danish bricks have been used to immortalize the presenters from our favorite automotive television show, Top Gear. In honor of the show naming the Caterham Superlight R500 its Car of the Year, the UK's Legoland built a miniature version of the car, along with the whole cast. Taking their place in the park's MINILAND exhibit in Windsor are none other than Jezza, Hamster, Captain Slow and The Stig (clockwise from bottom in the above photo).

I would go to Legoland just to see the Stig in bricks.

Some say underneath his helmet, his face is yellow with a poorly drawn smile.
Others sy that his feet have too large holes in the bottom so he never loses his footing.
The rest of us simply refer to him as THE STIG.

It should be... "all we know is, he's called Cuddles."

So is it just a regular lego head under that helmet or is it a total mystery, even to the person who built it?

its probably the entirely black lego head. no face, no features.

I like what they did to make Clarkson's hair, and they couldn't have picked a better car either.

No, he's actual size. They just scaled down the rest of the crew and the car.

Some say he's made entirely of plastic, and those little bumps are for breeding ...

Jeremy's head should be correctly scaled in Duplo blocks. Otherwise, it looks great.
