Autoblog Podcast #41

Whew! What a week. We had a lot to cover in the Episode #41 of the Autoblog Podcast, and we did our best to hit the big points. Of course, the big bomb that was dropped last week was Ford's Way Forward 2.0 plan, which Damon and I go back and forth over at length. We keep the conversation tied to the product though, which is what we hope will drive Ford's financial recovery. Ford had a lot air time, however, on this podcast, as we also touch on the speculation surrounding a supposed Ford and GM alliance or merger. Basically we both agree it's bunk speculation, but you'll have to listen to find out why. And I just can't stop talking about how much Steve Jobs hearts Autoblog, so that little factoid gets brought up, as well. We end the podcast trying to figure out how many internal organs we'd have to sell in order to afford a lease for the Bugatti Veyron. We'd be dead before the car was delivered basically. It's a fun time, so enjoy the show!
