MazdaSPEED 6 delayed

You may have noticed that the 2006 MazdaSPEED 6 you were expecting to arrive at dealerships this past June didn't come. That's because Robert Davis, senior VP of product development and quality, wanted a higher "final drive" ratio (the final drive is the last set of gears before power is delivered to the wheels) and wouldn't sign off on the North American edition of the vehicle, delaying it until this month. Davis said the more fuel-efficient version wasn't right for the U.S. market, and the delay comes from the new EPA certification process. Zoom zoom? We're sure it's worth the wait.
