In 2012, the Tesla Model S took the auto industry by storm with it's sustainable powertrain, sleek design, and superb performance. If Model S proved that electric cars can be class-leading, the Model S P85D hammers home the point with class-demolishing specs. Its dual-motor all-wheel drive system puts out insane torque numbers, achieving a 0-60 mph time of just over 3 seconds. We test out "insane mode" and discuss the over-the-air updates that will keep the improvements coming for the Model S.
