Mercedes-AMG is less than a week away from debuting the new C63 Coupe, and has chosen to remind us of that fact with a 16-second teaser video.

Mercedes-AMG rolls out a second teaser for the coming C63 Coupe, this time on video with bits of the car on camera, accompanied by more of its tamer sound effects.

Is the 2015 Mercedes-AMG C63 S sedan good enough to outperform BMW's latest M3 at the racetrack? Evo lines the two competitors up in its latest Deadly Rivals video.

A Day At The Algarve International Circuit In A C63S sedan

Portugal is a beautiful country. What brought us to Mainland Europe's westernmost country, though, was the high-speed promise of the Algarve International Circuit in Portimão. Watch this video to find out why.

There's some concern among a portion of drivers that the move from big displacement, naturally aspirated performance engines towards smaller, turbocharged units is somehow diluting the experience behind the wheel. Xcar Films tries to suss out whether that's actually the case during its drive of the Mercedes-AMG C63 S.

A Story About The Little Pistons That Could

Mercedes-AMG follows a familiar path in its latest C63, forcing more power out of a smaller engine through the use of twin turbochargers, and ends up creating the best sports sedan in its segment.

Mercedes-Benz can't seem to help itself from leaking out information about the upcoming AMG GT sports coupe, but this is one seriously big drop of news. We already know what its sounds like, but a new video reveals a ton of juicy technical details about its twin-turbocharged, 4.0-liter V8 called the M178, including its power and torque figures.

If you're in the market for a German sports coupe with a naturally aspirated V8, run, don't walk, to your nearest dealer because they are going to be gone very soon. European fuel economy and emissions rules have conspired to force automakers into seeking forced-induction mills. Motor Trend personality Jonny Lieberman is hosting the retirement party in the latest Head 2 Head video, where he takes on the 2014 Audi RS5 and 2014 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507 to decide which is the ultimate Teut

Contrary to what most marketing tells us, progress is not always forward. Sometimes a product nails the balance of what consumers want so perfectly that it's nearly impossible to improve on it – just compare the original Ford Mustang to the atrocious Mustang 2. Drive's Chris Harris is worried the same fate is about to befall the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, which he reckons is at the top of the heap of German sport sedans.

Like any form of motorsports, drag racing is a passion that never dies. Case in point, check out this woman, who is an admitted "60-some-odd years old," caught in this video taking her murdered-out Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG to the track for a little side-by-side action. As it turns out, drag racing is even a family affair, too, as her husband hits the strip in a second-gen Dodge Viper.

Chris Harris took to a snowy stretch of tarmac to get a fingertips-on-the-wheel feel of the Volvo S60 Polestar concept. Harris says the turbocharged sedan with 508 horsepower and 424 pound-feet of torque – and a manual transmission – is "a study to see if Volvo can get back into the fast-car market." The Polestar S60 concept, one of which was already purchased for $300,000 by a private buyer, is still making the publicity rounds because even Volvo's Chinese owners realize that, as Ha

We've already watched the 2012 Best Driver's Car competition from Motor Trend numerous times, and like us, apparently many M/T viewers had questions about the week-long, nine-car comparison. Not wanting to disappoint its audience, the crew got together to enjoy a few pints while reflecting on the experience and respond to viewer questions during an episode of The Downshift.

Our old pal Jonny Lieberman gets to have all the fun. The former Autoblog editor now gets to play with multiple supercars at a time for his post at Motor Trend. As part of MT's Best Driver's Car award process, Lieberman and the rest of the magazine's team quarter-mile all of the year's contenders in what they call "The World's Greatest Drag Race." Based on the contenders, we're inclined to agree with their bluster.

Here's a test of nine cars (see above), only two of which make less than 500 horsepower. Three of these nine cars recorded 0-60 times of less than three seconds, and all the rest but one (the Subaru BRZ), did it in 4.2 or less. Those are impressive stats, to be sure, but huge horsepower figures and stupid-quick acceleration, while certainly amazing in its own way, doesn't necessarily mean the car is a blast to drive – as Motor Trend says, if it were, they'd be testing a bunch of Top Fuel d

Mercedes-Benz and its AMG division wanted to thank the two million viewers of its various videos, so it dropped a C63 AMG at the top of the Corkscrew at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and recorded it drifting down. The treat was wasn't as sweet as it should have been due to an editor who got a bit too happy with the "Cut" button, and watchers said as much.

Mercedes-Benz has rolled out a new video for its vicious C63 AMG Black Series. The 510-horsepower machine spends a little time frolicking through an industrial complex before taking to an open stretch of track for a little more fun. The entire clip is appropriately shot in black and white and set to the riotous tones of the hefty 6.2-liter V8 banging off the limiter. Not a bad way to blow two minutes of your day.

The AMG division of Mercedes-Benz has attracted two million views on YouTube. That's as if every single person in Boston, Las Vegas, Long Beach and St. Louis stopped what they were doing and clicked the left mouse button to get a video fix on a three-pointed star and quad pipes.
