Lucid Air Grand Touring walk around
Transcript
- This is the Lucid Air Grand Touring. This is almost the top of the line, but I'll talk about that in a moment. No, this is the Grand Touring. It has 819 horsepower. It has 885 pound-feet of torque from its two motors. It goes from 0 to 60 in 3 seconds. It does a 1/4-mile in 10.7 seconds at 127 miles per hour.
This gets 516 miles of range, or with the 21-inch wheels that this car has, 469. So range anxiety? Yeah, it's probably not going to be a problem.
This car looks very distinctive. It's very low. It's wide. It's long. And it's detailing, the contrasting roof, the lights, it's almost French. I think that's very cool. If you told me this was a new flagship Citroen, sure, yeah, I'd believe it.
Now, in terms of visual differentiation between this Grand Touring and the Grand Touring Performance, the only thing you can really tell is the difference in wheel size. And then there's a difference in badge. There's a little P on the Performance. But you can definitely tell when you drive the thing, because the performance lives up to its name with 1,050 horsepower and 921 pound-feet of torque. It goes from 0 to 60 in 2.6 seconds.
And really, besides just that launch, you can really tell in between the 30 to 50 in how basically the 30 to 90 pickup that this thing has is just awe-inspiring. So this is it, the Lucid Air Grand Touring.
