2006 GMC Savana

The GMC Savana is a full-sized van that allows for seating for up to 15 passengers. Available in both commercial and passenger variations, the vehicle can be used for shuttles, work vans, or tow vehicles. The Savana is available with both rear wheel drive and four wheel drive. In an effort to cater to businesses and large families, the full-sized van comes available with five different engines: a 195-hp, 4.3-liter V-6, a 285-hp, 4.8-liter V-8, a 295-hp, 5.3-liter V-8, a 345-hp, 6.0-liter V-8, or a 250-hp, 6.6-liter turbo-diesel V-8. All-disc antilock brakes and StabiliTrak electronic stability system are standard while a left-side door and OnStar communication system are optional. For 2006, the Savana is available with a 250-horsepower, 6.6-liter turbo-diesel V-8 on the upper version cargo models.
