Overview

The Genesis G90 is a four-door luxury sedan with seating for five passengers that's been developed specifically for the upper-echelon of the automotive world. The 2021 Genesis is available as an AWD or RWD model, the Premium trim is powered by a 365-horsepower 3.3L twin-turbocharged V6 while the Limited trim draws its power from a 420-horsepower 5.0L V8, both engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Being a luxury car, the Genesis, even in the base 3.3 Premium trim, comes packed full of equipment that is typically optional in lesser vehicles. Standard equipment includes heated mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, power-operated rear sunshades, Nappa leather-upholstered power adjustable front seats with adjustable lumbar support, heated and ventilated front seats. Standard safety features are numerous and include 10 airbags, Surround View Monitor cameras, intelligent adaptive cruise control with full start/stop functionality, High Beam Assist (HBA), Dynamic Bending Light directionally adaptive headlights, a Parking Distance Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist, Driver Attention Warning and a Safe Exit Assist (SEA). For 2021, the Genesis G90 returns with minor updates such as rear comfort driver mode for improved rear passenger comfort, genuine leather for the dashboard and door panels, new 19-inch wheels and improved voice recognition.
