Overview

The MINI E Countryman is the brand's first ever plug-in hybrid model, combining characteristic MINI driving fun and versatility with sustainable, emissions-free eDrive technology. The four-door E Countryman is available as a Cooper S ALL4 all-wheel drive variant. A 1.5-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine and a synchronous electric motor combine to generate a total system output of 221 horsepower, with an all-electric range of approximately 12 miles. A six-speed automatic transmission with driver-selectable MINI Driving Modes is standard. E Countryman equipment includes: panoramic moonroof, 18-inch aluminum wheel, fog lights, push button start, custom upholstery, cruise control and air conditioning, along with Bluetooth wireless connectivity/audio streaming, USB port and the MINI Connected infotainment system with smartphone integration and 6.5-inch central display. Safety features include anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, electronic stability/traction control systems, rear parking sensors and a rearview camera, as well as eight airbags. All-new last year, the MINI E Countryman carries over with minimal changes for 2019. A panoramic roof is now standard, while new Classic, Iconic and Signature trim packages offer customized equipment levels.
