Overview

The Nissan LEAF is an all-electric five-passenger, five-door compact hatchback that has established itself as the world's best selling electric car. The LEAF is powered by an 110kW (147-hp) electric motor and 40kWh lithium-ion battery pack giving it a range of approximately 150 miles. The LEAF doesn't sacrifice features for efficiency either, available features include heated front seats, heated steering wheel, SiriusXM satellite radio, Bluetooth phone and audio streaming, Intelligent keyless entry with push button start, LED headlights, automatic climate control, 60/40 folding rear seats and cruise control. Safety features include Automatic Emergency Braking, six airbags, tire pressure monitoring with Easy-Fill Tire Alert and dynamic stability control, Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Lane Intervention, High Beam Assist, Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Around View Monitor, Driver Attention Alert and ProPILOT Assist semi-autonomous cruise control. The LEAF has been completely redesigned inside and out for 2018.
