2015 BMW X6 xDrive50i 4dr All-Wheel Drive Sports Activity Coupe

Overview

The BMW X6 Sports Activity Coupe combines coupe-like agility and style with the versatility of a SUV. The distinctive 4-door, 4-passenger X6 features two rear seats in a sculpted single-seat design and offers BMW's xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive system. The BMW X6 is available in 3 variants: the rear-wheel drive sDrive35i, and the all-wheel drive xDrive35i and xDrive50i. The 35i variants are powered by a 300-hp 3.0-liter turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine, while the xDrive50i boasts a twin-turbo V8, now generating 445 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. Both engines feature automatic start/stop technology, and are mated to an eight-speed Sport automatic transmission with manual shift mode and steering wheel paddles. Trim-dependent standard equipment includes 19-inch aluminum wheels, power moonroof, power liftgate, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, LED front fog lights, dual-zone automatic climate control, multi-contour front seats, leather upholstery, HD radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity/audio streaming, USB port, smartphone integration and a voice-activated navigation system, including 20 gigabytes of dedicated media storage and a 10.2-inch LCD monitor. Safety features on every X6 include anti-lock disc brakes, Dynamic Stability Control with traction control and rollover sensor, front and rear parking sensors and BMW Assist eCall, as well as six airbags. The BMW X6 is redesigned for 2015, with more V8 power, revised styling and enhanced equipment levels. Additionally, a new rear-wheel drive sDrive35i variant joins the lineup.
