The Kia Sedona is a compelling value among minivans, offering convenience, comfort, style and performance. The Sedona uses a new high-tech V6 engine, a responsive new five-speed automatic transmission, and a sophisticated and steady suspension. It comes in two trims LX and EX. The LX is well-equipped for that price, including seven-passenger seating: two rows of two captain's chairs, and a bench in back. The EX adds things like: 17-inch alloy wheels, upgraded cloth interior, power front seats, auto headlamps, front foglights, self-dimming rearview mirror, Homelink, heated sideview mirrors, and illuminated vanity mirrors. Safety equipment is extensive: A tire-pressure monitoring system, weight-sensing frontal airbags, front side airbags, air curtains, energy-absorbing steering column, anti-whiplash headrests, electronic stability control with traction control, and anti-lock brakes with electronic balanced brake force distribution.
