TranscriptJOHN SNYDER: Hi, there. This is John Snyder with Autoblog, and in front of me is the 2021 Toyota Sienna minivan, all new for this model year. Redesigned, pretty cool looking. Hybrid, all wheel drive. I just want to show you guys the rear cargo area. See the blue. That's a hybrid. And all wheel drive, kind of hybrid.
So here's the rear cargo behind the third row. Pretty deep wheel well there. I mean, just the trunk well there. If you get a spare tire, it goes right there. We don't get a spare tire, you get this extra space right here, and then behind this is, might not be able to get it open with one hand, but the, uh, spare tire fix kit, so you patch your tire on the go. It's not quite as robust as having a full size spare, but you get the extra room.
Now, as you can see, there's handles on there to pop these down into the-- here's the rear well. You know, it's not perfectly flat. These fold down to sort of cover that, but it's pretty good. Good enough. And then you can move those, I have another video where I slide the seats forward, they slide really far forward. I'll just show you.
Without taking the seats out, you can get a lot of, a lot of room. Slide that forward like that. And then you get in, pretty cavernous without even having to remove any seats, which is pretty great. Putting it back up, pop that, pull that, and then, these can also recline further if you want.
