JEREMY KORZENIEWSKI: Hello. This is Jeremy Korzeniewski from Autoblog. If you hear some buzzing in the background, that's because somebody is flying a drone. Try to ignore that. We are looking at a 2017 BMW 5 Series.
Interestingly, some of these cars are 2017 model year. Some are 2018 model year. There is no difference in them. It just depends on the actual build date. The one we're looking at is a 2017.
This is a 530. Rear-wheel drive. If it were all-wheel drive, it would be a 530IX drive. This one happens to be a rear-wheel drive. It used to be you could tell the displacement of a BMW based on its badge. But even though this is a 530, it actually is a 2-liter turbo-charged 4-cylinder. 248 horsepower, 258 pound feet of torque, so it's still got plenty of power, but not a 6-cylinder, a turbo-charged 4.
This car has the M Sport package. You can see the MSpec wheels, black trim around the glass. Those are all giveaways that this is a car with the M Sport package. It's not an M5 by any means. The M5 is coming soon, we're told.
But yeah, It's got the M Sport package on it. It gives a slightly different suspension, trims, those kinds of things. But 2-liter 4-cylinder, pretty good power, automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, your typical BMW 5 Series. This is probably going to be a volume model for BMW. All right. Thank you for watching.
