The third annual
Michigan Electric Vehicle Show and Rally will be held this weekend at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. Come Saturday June 11th, Schoolcraft College will be the place to see converted
hybrid and
electric vehicles in the Mitten State.
Hailed as the Midwest's largest electric vehicle event, the Michigan Electric Vehicle Show and Rally features upcoming plug-in vehicle technology and compares current electric and hybrid vehicles to some of the historic battery-packing autos of the past. In addition, electric vehicles will compete against the clock on a precision course in an SCCA Solo II Autocross event and showgoers will have the opportunity to take ride in a plug-in vehicle and vote for the "coolest electric vehicle" in the People's Choice Award. Best of all, admission is free.
