Canadian Car of the Year Test-Fest

/

Cars. That's why we're all here. Walking among, driving and evaluating many of the greatest new vehicles money can buy at a single event evokes emotions akin to the promise of seventy-two virgins in the afterlife. That pretty much describes the excitement a car of the year competition stirs in even the most experienced automotive journalist.

Similar to the Motor Trend Car and Truck of the Year or Car and Driver 10-best competitions, the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) gathered in Niagara-on-the-Lake to cast its votes for the best new vehicle in each of 13 different categories. The best in each category then goes on to compete for the Canadian Car of the Year, and Utility Vehicle of the Year titles.

The nominees are in and the field is too large to post here! You can see what they are and why each was chosen by clicking the Read link for the complete story.
