Paris Motor Show: 2007 Subaru Impreza 1.5 R

The scooper of cars has scrounged up a new model on the horizon for European consumers. The Subaru Impreza 1.5r will act as an entry-level model that boasts a, you guessed it, 1.5-liter boxer engine. The newly developed flat-four will ooze a less than noteworthy 105 hp and 105 ft./lbs. of torque. Power will, it's assumed, still find its way to all four wheels via Subaru's full-time all-wheel-drive and, at this price point, we think it's safe to assume that a five-speed manual will handle gear selections.

The car will be officially unveiled at the Paris Motor Show, with details and stats to follow.
