Jackpot! Ferrari 599 GTB caught canyon running in Vegas

Traditionally, visitors to Las Vegas tend to hit the jackpot in smoke-filled, windowless casinos. But as RideRoom frequenters Mike Olivetta and Peter Tetteroo prove, the big score can happen just about anywhere in LV, including Valley of Fire State Park.

The twisting ribbons of tarmac and beautiful rock formations in the appropriately-named venue played home to a Ferrari video shoot, in which the forthcoming 599 GTB duked it out with an F40 ahead of its Geneva debut.

With speeds allegedly approaching 150 mph, and plenty of tire-squealing action, Autoblog would've paid to have been a fly on that canyon wall.
