Looks as if GM's problems are expanding into the arena of brand confusion. On a recent Jeopardy!, not one of the three finalists was able to name Pontiac as the maker of the Aztek and the Grand Prix. The three incorrectly answered Toyota, Mercury and Buick.
As car guys and gals, sometimes things that are terribly obvious to us are a flash in the pan for the rest of the population. Looks like the Pontiac Aztek, which is a vehicle Autoblog readers seem to reference on a daily basis as one of the ugliest vehicles in history, is a lot more forgettable than we think.
