NASCAR: The Nextel Cup championship playoffs move to Texas Motor Speedway this weekend, for the first fall race ever at the facility. Stewart, Johnson and Biffle are solidly in front of the Chase field going into Texas. Live on NBC, Sunday, 3pm ET.

MotoGP: The series moves to Valencia, Spain. The tight, twisty circuit should help Honda riders, who don't have the top end of the Yamaha and Ducati teams. Tape delayed on SPEED Channel, Sunday, 6pm.

A1GP: The international open wheel series is in Australia this weekend, with Team USA picking IndyCar driver Bryan Herta as this week's pilot. Live on Setanta Sports/DirecTV, Saturday, 9pm ET.
