A&L Racing Civic Si and some controversial paint

Eric, our roving reporter who is more good ol' boy and than import tuner, had this to say about the A&L Racing Civic Si, "Not to be cruel, but the paint job on this car looked like it was done with Testor's model paint." Eric's probably just not too familiar with the paint treatment known as marbalizing, which is like the automotive equivelant of painting your walls with a sponge. The placard next to the car calls it "chrome-look paint", although it more resembles chrome after a bath in acid.

Regardless, the A&L Racing Civic Si has got the goods to be on the SEMA show floor, which includes a GReddy turbo and DC Sport exhaust, Eibach adjustable coilovers and anti-roll bars, Brembo brakes and 20-inch Enkei Kapone wheels. Sony handles the entertainment with an Xplode speaker and amp set up. The body work is again by Honda Factory Performance (you're going to be hearing that a lot) and custom fender flares were fashioned by Brian's Auto Body, who is also responsible for the polarizing paint job.
