Subaru announced yesterday that it will offer just 500 Legacy 2.5 GT spec.B performance sedans in the United States in 2006. Previously only offered in Europe and Japan, the special edition will have 250 horsepower with 250 lb./ft. of torque. Bigger brakes, special brick red leather interior, low-profile tires and performance-tuned shocks and struts are just some of the goodies found on the car. Subaru apparently understands its audience — the spec.B only comes with a manual transmission.
