Team Cyclepathz from Boulder, Colorado won the inaugural Red Bull Dragsterday human-powered racing event, held September 10th in Detroit.
Cyclepathz' team of bike racers (pictured) have previously won Boulder's annual Kinetic Challenge, another human-powered race in which vehicles compete on both land and water, so the dry-land drag race was probably a piece of cake.
Their 31 competitors included a Winnebago, a Zamboni, and the second-place Flyin' Cow Pie, which featured a single-seat vehicle that was ejected from inside the cow.
The winners donated their first place prize of $7,500 to the Red Cross' hurricane relief fund. Lots more here.
