GM shakes up plans through MY2009

If you're looking for GM's new-model rollout, hit the link below. It can't be described as definitive since automotive journalists don't know what they don't know (and even GM is capable of keeping a secret or two), but it'll give you a good idea of what's going to hit the dealers in the next few years. Probably the most surprising entry on the list is the '08 Cobalt refresh (apparently it's getting a facelift at the same time as the Ion), while the most desirable in my opinion is the '08 Solstice hardtop (oh, please let it get a bad-ass turbo Ecotec). It would seem, however, that the MY2007 prediction for the new GMT-900 pickups is a bit optimistic. It's possible that the half-tons might show up sometime in 2006, but the heavy-duty 2500 and 3500 models will likely not show up until MY2008.
