Botox for Panther sedans

This iteration of the Ford Panther platform sedans (Crown Vic, Grand Marquis) has seen more facelifts than a certain someone who plagues anywhere a red carpet may be laid out. Ford has secured another $300 million for the St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada plant to invest in retooling for a 2006 update and a 2008 redesign. Is it pretty safe to say that these are the last body-on-frame dinosaurs left on the road?
