Controversial Toyota land deal gets OK

Toyota will indeed be expanding their presence in Michigan (thanks Rob). A state appeals court upheld the sale of land to Toyota for a research facility near Ann Arbor. This is after some bad blood between other developers who lost out on buying the same land because the state wanted Toyota. How badly did they want them?
