Those crazy Brits over at Norris Designs UK have pieced together what is quite possibly the fastest saloon (that's sedan for those stateside) in Europe. etaining most of it's interior, their Evo VII RS makes use of a stroked 2.2L heavily built 4G63, sequential shifter, GT3542 turbo, and Motec standalone engine management to rocket to 60 in 2.69 seconds, run the quarter mile in a mere 10 seconds, and top out at a hair over 200mph. We'd love to see this tango with a certain Dahlback GTI.
