Mercedes puts B-Class on hold for U.S.

We're not big fans of the small Mercedes line-up so the news that the B-Class sport wagon won't be imported to the U.S. because of the weak dollar doesn't bum us out. Merc folks on the other hand are probably sobbing over the compact hatch won't make it stateside. Along with the entire Smart debacle, DaimlerChrysler must be the only company to show so many cars at the Detroit Auto Show that are now not coming to the U.S. for the foreseeable future.
