Detroit Auto Show: German Goodness

Porsche "unveiled" the new 911 Cabriolet to America and everyone wasn't surprised. But that's what happens when everyone has seen the car for months beforehand. Still it looks mighty nice and no one would turn down a ride in one.

After passing the Audi stage for the umpteenth time the last few days I found another vehicle sitting there that wasn?t out the day before. What is going on here? I?m getting loopy at this point. Anyway, here is a new (sorry for the earlier confusion) S4 Cabriolet. The new nose looks great on the other Audi?s but for those that like the old look they can get this current S4.

The BMW press conference wasn?t that interesting since the M5 and 5 Series wagon were on display yesterday. But the big ?news? is the BMW 7 Series will be the vessel of a new duel hybrid engine that runs on both gas and hydrogen. Unlike a gas-electric hybrid, the 7 Series will run on EITHER gas or Hydrogen. So you can take a road trip across the country without the need to look up Hydrogen filling stations.
