2020 MINI Convertible
The MINI Convertible provides the driving enthusiast with a unique combination of fun-to-drive performance, engineering and unconventional open-top attitude for four. The Convertible is available in three different trims: the Cooper with a direct-injection turbocharged 134-hp 1.5-litre inline three-cylinder engine, the Cooper S with a direct-injection, 189-hp turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, or the John Cooper Works with a 228-hp version of the Cooper S turbo engine. All engines are mated to either a seven-speed dual-clutch or 8-speed automatic transmission and are equipped with auto stop-start to maximize fuel savings. Standard safety equipment includes six airbags, automatic pop-up roll hoops, run-flat tires (S and JCW), electronic traction and stability control, anti-lock brakes, rear view camera and rear parking sensors. A wide variety of interior trim materials and colours are available, as well as features such as adaptive LED headlights, LED foglights, panoramic sunroof, sport suspension, Dynamic Damper Control, navigation system, rear-view camera, head-up display, harman/kardon audio, and satellite radio. The MINI Convertible is a carry-over for 2020.
