2010 GMC Sierra 1500 Hybrid

The GMC Sierra is an excellent choice among full-size pickups, offering serious towing and hauling capability and a choice of cabs ranging from pure pickup to luxury liner. The Sierra is built on the same platform and shares mechanicals with the Chevy Silverado, but their exterior styling is quite different.
