Overview

The Avalon Hybrid delivers the same amenities you'd expect from the brand's flagship car, as well as the benefits of a hybrid powertrain. With a combined power rating of 215-hp, the 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid system is paired with a continuously variable transmission to power its XLE, XSE and Limited trims. The Avalon Hybrid can be well-equipped with features such as heated mirrors, heated leather front seats, automatic climate control, sunroof, auto-dimming rearview mirror, garage door opener, and leather-trimmed steering wheel. Safety features include ten aribags, anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, and rear view camera. Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P) is standard. This includes Lane Departure Alert, Blind Spot Monitor with Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection. For 2021 the Avalon Hybrid's lithium-ion battery pack has been updated and now takes up less space.
